Ruby Tuesday (RTI), which takes its name from the song by the Rolling Stones, operates a nationwide chain of casual-dining restaurants. There are about 550 company-owned Ruby Tuesday locations in the US. The company also has 18 franchised locations in the US and 50 franchised international outposts. The full-service eateries offer a menu of American and ethnic foods, including burgers, fajitas, pasta, ribs, seafood, steak, and a variety of appetizers.
